The Clan MacLaren Society of N.A. will be holding the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Estes Park, Colo-rado, during the Longs Peak Scottish/Irish Festival September 5th through 8th, 2013. For information on events and the cost of events go to the website: www.scotfest.com

We are planning a great and fun AGM but all our planning is for naught if YOU don't attend. We have reserved rooms at the Olympus Lodge in Estes Park, but the rooms are limited. At the present time our annual banquet is going to be held at this lodge, on Saturday evening (time to be determined). The cost of rooms is $85 per night with a four-night stay or $100 per night with a less than four-night stay. Reservations may be made by calling Todd at 970-586-8141 ext.23 and mention CLAN MACLAREN AGM. Don't hesitate to get your reservations in today. First come first served. Other lodging sponsors are listed on the festival website.

The Tattoo on Friday night (cost $25) is a must. Our clan will have reserved seating up front but I need to know how many seats to reserve by July 1st. Our president, or other clan representative will be escorted into the Tattoo riding in a horse-drawn carriage and will be acknowledged in the ceremony. Come and enjoy one of the best Tattoos in the country, an evening of entertainment, fellowship and fun. And don't forget your camera..
