2019 Annual General Meeting

Game Details: The Annual General Meeting of all members of CMSNA will be held on November 9, 2019 at the AGM Banquet. This is an election year for president and vice president, so it is vital that there be a quorum at the meeting. If you are not able to be present at this important meeting, please send your proxy (or ballot) to Steve Lowry, Membership Secretary. The proxy and mailing information is in the Summer issue of the Standard. The Council of officers and commissioners will meet at the host hotel on Friday, November 8, 2019. All clan members are welcome to attend as observers. The 2019 AGM Banquet will be on Saturday Evening, November 9th. The banquet will be at the hotel and feature a Texas style BBQ buffet. Tickets are $40, and must be ordered no later than Thursday, 31 October 2019. Ticket orders received after this date cannot be processed. An order form is included in the Summer issue of the Standard. |
