Annual General Meetings
 
Society business is conducted once each year at the Annual General Meeting.  The meeting is attended by council members and clan members and is used to vote on any new business, elect officers every 2 years, and stay in touch with society happenings. The meetings are held at varying locations in the United States and Canada.

  • Saturday, October 10, 2026:
    CMSNA President Cathy Botkin Galloway is pleased to announce the 2026 Annual General Meeting will be held Saturday, October 10 at 4PM Eastern Time / 1PM Pacific Time online via Zoom Video teleconferencing technology. All current members of CMSNA are cordially invited and encouraged to attend under the Open Meetings Clause of the Society.

    Current members interested in viewing the proceedings of the Council Meeting must log into the Members Area of the website to obtain the Zoom Link and Password, or telephone dial in information. This will be posted soon.

    Members who are not on the Council (Officers/Regional Commissioners/Other Presenters) are requested to keep their microphones in Mute Mode and to not interject without specific permission.
